KODIAK ISLAND SMOKEHOUSE products are made from Wild Alaska Salmon caught in the pristine waters surrounding Kodiak Island. The Smokehouse motto with our fish is "Only the freshest" and we work according to this concept. The Smokehouse buys fish directly from fishermen. We carefully and quickly process in the Smokehouse assuring the best quality, freshness and value possible. Our products are all natural.
At the KODIAK ISLAND SMOKEHOUSE we use a blend of alder and apple wood chips which produces a succulent smoke flavor in our wild, natural fish. A very slow process of smoking assures the best sight, texture and flavor in all of our smoked products. Since we are a “mom & daughters” operation, we take pride and care in the preparation of our product line as it is produced by hand and we are responsible for the outcome of each piece.
