Our Smoked Salmon Jerky is made of pure Red or Silver Salmon strips. We brine, smoke and slowly dry, using a blend of Alder and Apple wood chips. This process is quite lengthy, and takes many days to reach the desired texture and flavor. This process cannot be rushed. Our Smokehouse Recipe produces a Premium Salmon Jerky that our customers absolutely love!

Our Sweet Salmon Jerky is made with brown sugar to compliment the flavor.
Our most popular flavor is the Blackened Jerky, which adds a bit of spice to the sweet jerky.
KODIAK ISLAND SMOKEHOUSE products are all natural and do not contain artificial preservatives, or "fillers" of any kind.
We can ship our Jerky via Priority Mail as it does not require refrigeration.
